16 Days-Return

We at Jungle City Wear offer a full 16 days money back provided the garment is unused or it does not fit .

Our aim is to give 100% satisfaction to our customers so you are fully entitled to return the goods within 16 days from delivery date provided the goods are in the original state, undamaged and in original packaging that's if you just change your mind in the case the garment is not the correct fit or damaged by the courier we do take into consideration for a replacement garment or full money back. 

 If you are have received an item which is miss described or which is damaged then we will refund in full plus the original delivery charge and return postage. However if you just do not like the item and just want to return then we will not refund the return postage but will instead return your item money in full with original delivery also refunded. You do how ever have to cover The cost of the return delivery Which is a standard £8 UK we do like to get a confirmation the goods are being returned before we release any payment so once you have your receipt we will refund the money same day. Note for International delivery will take longer to get back to us all returns are to be addressed to our base 7 Ripley Road London E16 3EA we also include our address on all packaging sent to our customers for a easy return.
